Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Lead Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various painting techniques and possess leadership qualities to oversee painting projects.

Duties:

- Lead painting projects from start to finish, ensuring quality and timely completion
- Prepare surfaces for painting by removing old paint, filling holes, and washing walls
- Apply paint or other finishes using airless paint spraying equipment
- Coordinate with clients to determine color preferences and provide recommendations based on color theory
- Supervise a team of painters, delegating tasks and providing guidance as needed
- Utilize carpentry skills for frame carpentry, stucco repair, plastering, and restoration work
- Read and interpret blueprints to execute painting tasks accurately

Skills:

- Proficiency in airless paint spraying techniques
- Strong understanding of color theory and its application in painting projects
- Experience in frame carpentry, stucco repair, plastering, and restoration work

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Morning shift
• Night shift
• Weekends as needed
